GREEK YOGURT FACILITY

We managed the design, build and installation of a 60,000 kg per day production of Greek yogurt. We began construction at a facility to help install processing equipment and all support equipment to produce the best Greek yogurt in the market.

Processing equipment included HTST system complete with homogenizer and a separator, processing tanks, quark separator and fermentation tanks. Furthermore, we installed fruit injection systems for flavoured yogurts and retrofitted primary packaging to dispense yogurt into packaging. We installed the equipment for secondary packaging and robotic palletizers to ensure an unmanned packaging line. Support equipment included air compressors, steam boilers, glycol chillers sized to ensure smooth and environmentally efficient operations. The facility was qualified as SQF Level II. 

Engineers on our team have supported by completing the conceptual design along with managing the architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical designs of this interior renovation to installation, commissioning and start-up of the facility for a smooth handover to operations.
