COLD PRESSED JUICE FACILITY

We did a brownfield design, build and start-up of 100% organic cold-pressed juice facility. They manufacture small batches of product without the use of preservatives, additives or pasteurization. 

In 2016, we began working on a new production facility to allow the business to satisfy an increased demand for their product. A 40,000 SF building was converted to a SQF/BRC facility. 

We managed the conceptual design, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical designs of this interior renovation. GMP Food Facility best practices were incorporated into the design to ensure cleanliness and durability of the plant.
