CANNABIS CULTIVATION FACILITY

It started with the retrofit of an old tomato greenhouse that saw a start-up grow operation evolve into a fully automated cultivation facility. Nursery, vegetation & flowering rooms were installed to cultivate award winning cannabis at scale.

We successfully managed and led a staged delivery of Health Canada Licenses which permitted the facility to grow from a Cultivation only to a Processing and Sales licenses that allowed the business to deliver product to the retail market. This was carefully planned with security design to meet regulatory requirements and a staged delivery of cultivation rooms to allow the organization to ramp up and meet a growing market demand.

We managed the conceptual, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical & security designs of this large scale renovation in order to deliver a project that incorporated GMP food facility best practices in the design to ensure cleanliness and durability of the plant.
